Spruce Row's on-site rental units are large travel trailers which can accommodate families comfortably. Each unit comes equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, a coffee pot, an air conditioner, heat, a full bath and kitchen, including a microwave.
Each guest is to bring their own linens and bedding. We provide toilet paper, dish cloths and paper towels.
All units are pet free and smoke free.

Important Rate & Payment Information
- Monthly rates, over one month, may have additional costs for the metered electric. Please contact our office for exact costs.
- Rates based on two adults, two minor children. Additional fees for additional people apply.
- A one night non refundable deposit is required when making a reservation via phone or in person.
- Holiday weekends must be paid in full at the time of reservation and are non refundable.
- For a week long or more reservation a $100 non refundable deposit is taken.
- For all rental reservations a refundable security deposit upon check in. This security deposit is returned after the RV unit is inspected and determined to be in the same condition as it was upon check in.
- You are responsible for 100 percent of your reservation amount.
- No refunds are given for rental units as they are in high demand.
